Darko Manakovski is a senior advisor to public and private sector and philanthropy clients, with a focus on strategy, capital design, partnerships, and international affairs.
His work spans high-level strategy, board advisory, capital raising across public and private markets, and guidance on policy and transition in an increasingly volatile global environment. Darko currently serves as Principal Advisor for The Collaborative for Systemic Climate Action, and a Board Member of the EU Mission for Healthy Oceans and Water (European Commission), as well as President of the European Funders Forum (www.fundersforum.eu), in collaboration with the EU Council Presidencies. He has previously held senior advisory roles with the World Meteorological Organisation, EIT Climate-KIC, and the German Federal Ministry for the Environment, and executive positions across public and private organisations, across sectors such as energy, natural resources, climate, innovation and investment.
A graduate of Sciences Po Paris – School of International Affairs, he is a frequent speaker and a trusted partner to institutions navigating risk, complexity, capital placements and long-term transitions.
