Raluca Ioana Man is a business strategist and board advisor with nearly 20 years of experience working with companies, founders, boards, and family businesses during moments of growth, change, and important decision-making.

She is the Founder of RSEVEN, a strategic advisory firm focused on business strategy, growth, governance, market repositioning, exit preparation, scenario planning, and forecasting. Through her work, she supports organizations in making clearer decisions, strengthening their positioning, and building more resilient business models.

Raluca’s experience includes working with large companies, cross-border projects, M&A, and the startup ecosystem, where she collaborates with founders, accelerators, and early-stage businesses on strategy, positioning, and scaling.

She also holds board-level and advisory roles across different organizations, including within a publicly listed group.

Raluca is Vice President of ICC Women Network Cyprus and is actively involved in initiatives that support business leadership, entrepreneurship, and women in business.
