Submission of  Informal Sessions Proposals

Call for Informal Sessions Proposals

During the 14th Space Syntax Symposium, we plan to organize a small number of informal sessions.

We invite the submission of proposals for leading an informal session. We particularly encourage proposals which are interactive, collaborative, and fun aiming at fostering new ideas, debates, and discussions in an informal setting.

The informal sessions will take place in the afternoons (1-1 ½ hours).

Once the proposal is accepted, the text from the proposal will be used to advertise the Informal Session in the conference website.

 

Informal Session Proposals should be submitted by 02.10.2023 11 September 2023 using this template.

Submission Steps:

  1. The submission process for proposals for Informal Sessions at the SSS14 2024 will be done through the EasyAcademia Platform.
  2. Before you submit you need to create an account in the EasyAcademia Platform.
  3. To create an EasyAcademia account, visit www.easyacademia.org/phdconference and click on on either of the “Login“ buttons. On the that appears, click  on “Create new account“.
  4. Fill the form with your personal details and click on the “Create Account” button. An Activation email will be sent to your chosen email adress.
  5. Activate your account by clicking on the activation link sent to your email.
    Note: Please check your Spam folder if you have not received the email within a few minutes.
  6. Log into wwwhttps://www.easyacademia.org/sss142024 using the login details you provided during account creation.
  7. Click on “Start a new submission“ on the top right to enter the submission process.
  8. Choose “Informal Sessions” at the bottom of the “Tracks” list.
  9. Go through the steps, adding details as requested.
  10. Under “Authors” please input details for each author of the proposal. At least one author must be marked as presenter and/or correspondent.
    Note: Authors marked as correspondents will receive updates and information regarding the submission.
  11. If you are happy with the summary information, please click on “Submit Now“ to finalize the process, and an e-mail will be sent to all co-authors to inform them.
