The 15th Process Organization Studies (PROS) Symposium and the 4th PHILOS Colloquium took place between 21 and 27 June 2024 at Coral Beach Resort in Paphos, Cyprus. More than 170 researchers from 21 countries attended the two co-located conferences, presenting their innovative work and engaging in thought-provoking discussions.

- Kathleen M. Sutcliffe, Johns Hopkins Carey Business School, discussed “Resilience: Some Ideas.”
- Anne Miner, Wisconsin School of Business, explored “Taking Organizational Improvisation to the Next Level?”
The PHILOS Colloquium also hosted insightful keynote addresses:
- Carl Rhodes, UTS Business School, delved into “What’s So Good About Business Ethics?”
- Professors Mollie Painter and Sotirios Bahtsezis captivated the audience with “Reimagining ‘Good Conduct’ Through Art… in 3 Play(ful) Acts.”
