Petros Stratis

Managing Director

Petros Stratis is the Managing Director and Founder of EasyConferences. His entrepreneurship journey began in 1991 when he founded a travel agency specializing in business travel.

The formation of the travel agency coincided with the formation of the University of Cyprus. As the Academic Community grew so did their conference needs. Initially the requests had to do more with the travel needs of conference participants, but the requests soon extended to other services. Realizing the needs, the company expanded its services and built its own software to cater for conferences.

Over time, the vision evolved, leading EasyConferences to expand its footprint across borders and continents, catering to diverse academic communities worldwide.

Melita Rolandi

Director

Melita Rolandi-Stratis has been an indispensable pillar of EasyConferences from the beginning. Melita with her LSE financial background and experience, shoulders the demanding task of coordinating all aspects of conference logistics and finances. Her role requires meticulous attention to detail, as she navigates the complexities of stakeholder management, budgeting, and resource allocation with precision and efficiency.

Conference Coordinator

Nicolas Stratis represents the new generation of EasyConferences. With a wealth of international professional experience and a solid academic background, Nicolas brings a fresh perspective and invaluable skills to his role as Conference Coordinator.

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from the University of Reading and a Master of Science degree in Strategic Marketing from Imperial College London. His politeness and patience resonate with stakeholders, fostering efficient communication and strong relationships built on trust and mutual respect.

Vasso has been working since 2017 as a Conference Coordinator at EasyConferences.
