Special Conference Rates
The Organizing Committee has secured preferential rates for the Conference participants. Book your accommodation at these rates through the
registration page www.easyconferences.org.
Please note that, while it is necessary to pay for the registration fee to get the reduced rate, it is not required to proceed with the payment for all your selected services (including accommodation, airport transfers, car hire, etc.) until just before the start of the conference. Once you complete and save your selected services through the online System, your bookings will be reserved until the payment is completed, at which point the bookings will be confirmed. To complete the payment you may login back to the system any time before the closure of the online Easy Conferences Registration System.
