The University of Central Lancashire (UCLan) Cyprus, established in 2012, is a branch campus of the University of Central Lancashire in the UK. Located in Larnaka, it offers students the opportunity to earn a British degree while studying in Cyprus, with all programs accredited both in the UK and Cyprus. The university provides a range of undergraduate and postgraduate courses across fields such as business, law, computing, psychology, and engineering. UCLan Cyprus boasts a range of high-quality facilities that make it ideal for hosting conferences, seminars, performances, and receptions:

  • Main Lecture Theatre: Accommodates up to 300 guests and supports events such as international conferences, live-streamed sessions, theatrical performances, and film screenings.

  • Lecture Theatre 2: Smaller in scale but equally well-equipped, it seats up to 100 attendees and is ideal for interactive presentations and professional gatherings.

  • Standard Classrooms & Seminar Rooms: These can host 10 to 100 people, featuring interactive whiteboards, flexible seating, and cutting-edge audio-visual technology.

  • Moot Court Room: Designed for law-related events like mock trials, debates, and argumentation training, this space offers IT and AV capabilities to simulate real courtroom conditions.

  • Lobby Area (Foyer): With a capacity for over 300 people, this open space is perfect for receptions, cocktails, ceremonies, and other more informal or social gatherings.

  • Catering & Dining Options: Event organizers can make use of an on-campus restaurant (capacity up to 150 guests) for luncheons or dinners, as well as a cozy espresso lounge for coffee breaks (130 guests indoor + 65 on the veranda).

CMMI and the hosts will provide complimentary shuttle buses for participants on the opening and closing days of the event.
The service will run in the morning from the city centre (Phinikoudes Area) to UCLan Cyprus, with return transfers in the afternoon.
