The Welcome Cocktail will be the first social gathering for all conference delegates and will take place at European University Cyprus in Nicosia. It will offer a relaxed setting in which delegates can meet and engage with colleagues and peers while enjoying local drinks and a generous selection of canapés.

Air-conditioned buses will depart from the conference hotel at 16:00, accompanied by licensed tour guides, for an excursion to the historical sites of Nicosia and Cyprus Museum. The day will conclude with a Welcome Reception at European University Cyprus.

Conference Dinner | Beach Party

The Conference Dinner will take place in the gardens of the conference venue, set beside the beach.
Guests will enjoy a festive evening in a relaxed seaside setting, with dinner, music, folkoric dance and the opportunity to socialise with fellow delegates while taking in the coastal atmosphere. With the sea breeze in the air, sandy shores just steps away and a festive beach-party vibe, this will be more than a dinner — it will be a memorable evening of good food, great music, cultural flavours and even better company.
