PAPER SUBMISSION

Authors must submit a Word file containing the source, a PDF version of the final paper and also the Copyright Form, signed by the corresponding author.

Please see the important dates relevant to submission and author registration below:

• New Submission Deadline: 7th July, 2026
• New Submission Deadline: 30th June, 2026
• Full paper submission: 15 June, 2026
• Notification of full paper: 16 Aug, 2026
• Camera ready submission: 21 Sept, 2026
• Advance registration: 01 Oct, 2026

Uploading the Camera-Ready version

To upload the file containing the above information, log in to www.easyacademia.org/medpower2026  and click on the Upload Full Paper link shown under your submission. Select the Zip file on your device, and in the last form step click on the Submit button to send it in.

Please take into account the reviewer comments as provided in the acceptance email when preparing the final version of your paper.

• Submissions should contain original, high quality, not submitted or published elsewhere work. Papers should strictly follow template format and have a page limit of 6 pages.
• Submission is done through the EasyAcademia submission system. While visiting EasyAcademia.org, the preferred browsers are Firefox or Chrome. Internet Explorer or other browsers may have compatibility issues, which can prevent you from submitting.
• Important: Go through all the steps providing required information. Make sure to click “submit” at the end of the process, as a draft version is not saved. You can make unlimited changes to your submission before the submission closing deadline.
• Please use the provided template for MsWord
• During the initial submission process, you will be requested to provide a 250 word abstract, 2 keywords minimum, a PDF version of your paper, and also the source (Word document or a Zip file containing both the Word and PDF files).
