INFORMATION FOR PRESENTERS

Presentation Preparation

Please prepare your presentation using the official conference template.

Each presentation should have a maximum duration of 12 minutes, followed by 3 minutes for questions and discussion.

Once your presentation is finalised, please upload it through the conference platform following the instructions below.

Presentation Template

Please upload your presentation by 27 October 2026.

All presentations will be downloaded in advance to the conference laptops in order to support the smooth operation of the sessions.

To upload your presentation:

  1. Log in to EasyAcademia.
  2. Ensure that you are using the Author role. You can check this at the top-right corner next to your name. If necessary, click on your name and select Author.
  3. Under your submission information, click Upload Presentation.
  4. In the Final Submission form, click Update Presentation on the right-hand side.
  5. Select your presentation file from your device. Accepted formats are .ppt, .pptx, or .pdf, and then click Continue.
  6. Review the uploaded file in the Summary step.
  7. Click the blue Update Submission button to complete the upload.

Please ensure that the correct and final version of your presentation is uploaded before the deadline.
