Welcome Cocktail

The Welcome Cocktail is the first social gathering between all conference delegates and it will take place at the Venue Hotel. It will be a relaxing evening during which delegates will have the opportunity to talk to colleagues and peers, while enjoying local drinks and ample canapés
Tour & Gala Dinner (Optional)
Date: 28th of May
Dinner Venue: Agios Epiktitos Tavern
Meeting Time in Lobby: 18:00
We will depart from the venue hotel in air-conditioned busses with licensed tour guides for a tour in the city centre. We will end the day with the Conference Dinner, which will be at a local restaurant and will consist of an array of traditional dishes complimented with local drinks and desserts.
Optional Excursions
- Minimum participation for all events: 25 persons (in case the minimum number is not reached and the excursion is cancelled, participants which have booked the excursion will be fully refunded)
- Half Day Excursion is inclusive of transfers by luxurious fully air-conditioned coaches, CDMT licensed guides, all entrance fees, taxes and VAT(19%).
- Full Day Excursion is inclusive of transfers by luxurious fully air-conditioned coaches, CDMT licensed guides, all entrance fees, lunch with local drinks, taxes and VAT (19%).
- All excursions will be starting from the venue.
