REGISTRATION
Registrations will be done online through www.easyconferences.org. Participants may pay instantly using their credit card (VISA/MASTERCARD), or by bank transfer. A one-stop-shop software is used for the whole registration process, www.easyconferences.org. The whole process is very easy to use, it is totally secure and can be completed in a few minutes. Please note that participants may not only register for the conference through www.easyconferences.org, but they can also book their accommodation, airport transfers, car hire, etc. All additional services are offered at specially negotiated conference rates.
Please note that the software provides participants with the possibility to complete the registration process in steps/periodically; participants may register for the conference and return later to book further services like accommodation, taxi transfers, etc (subject to availability). The system will accept unlimited changes/updates up to the closing of the online registration process before the start of the conference.

- Authors of accepted papers must register by the 31st of March 2026. Each registration can be associated with a maximum of 2 papers.
- Each paper must be associated with at least one Regular, Non-Student registration, with the exception of Doctoral Consortium/Symposium papers.
- Regular and Industry Main Conference Only Registration Fee includes: conference materials, daily coffee breaks, lunches, Welcome Reception and Conference Dinner.
- Student Main Conference Only Registration Fee includes: conference materials, daily coffee breaks, lunches and the Welcome Reception.

For an author registering 3 or more papers
You can register your accepted papers for AAMAS 2026 using the conference registration system at www.easyconferences.org.
Please read these instructions carefully, as the system allows multiple paper registrations within a single workflow.
Paper Coverage per Registration
One (1) registration covers up to two (2) papers.
If you have:
1–2 papers → 1 registration
3–4 papers → 2 registrations
5–6 papers → 3 registrations
Additional registrations must be purchased within the same registration process, as explained below.
Entering Paper Titles
At the beginning of the registration process, you will be asked to enter the titles of your accepted papers.
The number of paper title fields you complete determines how many registrations you must purchase:
1-2 titles filled → 1 registration
3-4 titles filled → 2 registrations
5–6 titles filled → 3 registrations
Please ensure that the number of registrations you select matches the number of paper titles you enter.
Selecting Registration Fees in EasyConferences
The EasyConferences system is structured as follows:
Step 1 – Personal Details: Fill in the titles (and submission number) of the papers you are registering
- You can select only one registration at this step.
Step 2 – Conference Registration: Main registration to the conference
- Select the registration type applicable to you. This fee selection covers up to two papers.
Step 3 – Conference Extras: Registering Additional Papers
- On this step you will find a container with all the author registration fees. If you have 3-4 papers, you will need to select the applicable registration fee (it should be the same as the registration fee that you have selected in the previous step).
- Below, you will find a second identical container where you can select the fee again if you have 5-6 papers
- If you are registering 1-2 papers you may ignore this step and proceed to the next without selecting any fee
Adding Newly Accepted Papers After Initial Registration
If you have already registered your paper(s) and later receive notification of acceptance for an additional paper (or papers), you must log back into the EasyConferences system and update your registration.
Please follow these steps:
- Log in to www.easyconferences.org
- Click on “Change Order” next to AAMAS 2026 conference. This will take you back to the registration form.
- Enter the title(s) of the newly accepted paper(s) in Step 1: Personal Details
- If the total number of papers now requires an additional registration (as per the rules above), select and purchase the additional registration fee in Step 3: Conference Extras
Important Reminder
- The total number of registrations selected must correspond to the total number of paper titles entered.
- Incomplete or incorrect registration may lead to the exclusion of your paper(s) from the conference program and proceedings.
