Valeria Morosini, Partner at Toffoletto De Luca Tamajo e Soci, graduated from Università Statale di Milano in 1997. She was admitted to the Bar in 2000. She is a member of Ius Laboris (Global Human Resources Lawyers), the European Employment Lawyers Association (EELA) and the Italian Employment Lawyers Association (AGI). She is a member of the International Bar Association (IBA) and an officer and member of the “Discrimination Committee”. She is a regular speaker at international conferences.

Thanks to her truly international background (DEA in Paris X, as well as internships in the US and in France with Ius Laboris member firms), Valeria deals on a daily basis with international clients in English and French, on a wide variety of employment law issues, ranging from restructuring processes, collective redundancies, international assignments and immigration issues. She regularly coordinates complex, cross-­‐border projects involving multiple jurisdictions.
