Olivier Kress has significant experience in international employment law and is completely fluent in English and Italian. He holds a Masters in Private Law and a post-graduate degree in Corporate Legal Advice (DJCE: Diplôme de Juriste-Conseil d’Entreprise).

He advises French and international corporations on all aspects of labour law particularly in case of acquisition operations, restructuring plans, collective redundancies and collective bargaining agreements. On the litigation side, he represents his clients before the civil and criminal courts.

Olivier Kress speaks on a regular basis at international conferences on collective bargaining, international mobility and corporate restructuring.

He is a member of the IBA (Internation Bar Association), EELA (European Employment Lawyer Association) and ACE (Corporate Counsel Association).
