Karine Audouze is a partner at the Paris office of Olswang LLP. She has more than 20 years of experience in employment law, acting mainly for international groups present in France.

Karine’s areas of focus include restructurings, compensation policies, redundancies, international labour law, such as secondments and expatriations, and advising on employment audits. She has deep experience of areas such as social plans in connection with downsizing, dealing with workers’ representatives such as works councils, unions, individual and collective dismissals, the employment law aspects of corporate transactions, and negotiation of senior key management departures. She also handles individual and collective employment litigation.

Karine is a member of the IBA (International Bar Association) and the EELA (European Employment Lawyers Association) and presents at conferences and seminars on a wide range of employment law topics. She also publishes frequently in the area.

Karine is trilingual in French, English and German. She qualified as a lawyer both in New York and Paris.
