Dr. Kara Preedy, LL.M., Lic.dr. focuses on the representation of national and international companies on all matters concerning national, international and European labour law.

Ms. Preedy possesses particular expertise in designing and implementing compensation systems as well as employment and service agreements. She is also specialized in the introduction of company policies (e.g. anticorruption systems, data protection, antidiscrimination guide lines).

Furthermore, Ms. Preedy provides clients with advice regarding company acquisitions and restructurings. In addition, she advises executives on all aspects of employment law.

Professional Background

Ms. Preedy was a research assistant at the J.W. Goethe University Frankfurt/Main and at the European University Institute in Florence, Italy. Before joining Pusch Wahlig Legal as a partner in 2009, she worked for Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP as well as for a German law firm setting up their employment law practice.
