Lars Holo is part of the Employment Law Group at the Oslo office of Law Firm Arntzen de Besche and is admitted to the Supreme Court of Norway.

He primarily provides legal assistance regarding labour related issues and has litigated a great deal of principled cases before the Supreme Court. Holo has published a number of books, the latest one titled “The Norwegian Act on Working Environment and Worker Protection with Comments, 2nd Edition” in 2013.

He has previously worked as a deputy judge at Alstahaug District Court and in the legal department at the Norwegian Confederation of Trade Unions (LO) and for Arntzen, Underland & Co ANS Law Firm.

Chambers & Partners’ sources refer to Mr. Holo as “an extremely famous and brilliant employment lawyer, who has a lot of big cases”, while Legal 500’s sources state that Mr. Holo holds “excellent litigation skills”.
